- This is a recap of our two weeks of incredible(each a 5-day session) whale watching in Maui, Hawaii. We experienced hundreds of Humpback Whales and witnessed every behavior imaginable in near perfect weather every day! It’s hard to overstate just how special these trips are, but if you’ve ever dreamed of witnessing whales jumping out of the water, or having a 40 ton Humpback be inches from your fingertips…then this experience is for you!
Here are some quick trip details:
We are officially taking bookings for week one which will take place from January 27 - 31, 2026. These dates are chosen specifically to target the absolute peak of the season with the highest frequency of friendly whales!
What’s Included:
-Welcome dinner on 1/27 with unlimited food and drinks (including alcohol)
-Over 20 hours of world-class whale watching with our private group
-Extended daily excursions to maximize sightings (banana bread & drinks provided)
-Opportunity for a “blue water swim” mid-channel to hear whales singing underwater

I went to Hawaii for the first time in Nov. We only saw one humpback whale named Spirit. I am now in awe of these majestic giants. Loved this video, love whales!
Lucky to see a humpback at all out there in November…that’s well before the season gets going which is usually around Christmas!

As Humpbacks are my most favourite of all the difference species of whales, this was an absolute treat for me!
And through my tears, (yes, there's always tears when I'm blessed to see Humpbacks 🥲), my elation abounds in watching them breaching, the interplay with prospective males, and the sweetness and tenderness with their baby calves.

My wife and I wanted to fulfill our lifelong dream in 2026 and take a trip to Hawaii. But that has now become completely impossible. The American government places us German tourists under arrest upon entry into the United States, interrogates us-often for many hours-treats us like criminals, and then deports us as if we were criminals.
I’d like to discuss this. I’m writing an article for a major magazine concerning Americas treatment of visitors by State Department agents.
