My sister in-law was in the same situation Her husband filed for her and her 2 older kids a boy and a girl when the little girl was about 13 her then husband molested her he went in her room multiple times touching her private areas , when the child told the mother she didn't do anything the first time the child took it to school and the police got involved and CPS. The mam ended up back in the home and at night she told the daughter to push her chester drawers up to her room door to keep him out .They stayed married for a while until the daughter was in her 20s but the marriage was only on paper because the relationship was not there. My sister in-law said she couldn't see herself being intimate with him after everything.
