thanks barry, i've seen you describe this practice in other video's and i believe this is the third time...i've also heard you say the number 3 is important in trading so i now realize this may be a way of moving past the noise although i won't blame a crowd for making noise when i've been walking right through one while deciding a strategy to trade and where with applying this practice i wont

Why is profiting always associated with markets going up? Why not short the downtrends esp. with options? When lions are hunting they go after the weakest prey, maybe that's a good idea.
Excellent point and I agree 100%! In fact I'd rather trade markets that go down because they tend to move down faster than they go up ... standard reasoning is because fear is a stronger emotion than greed.
