I used a website called sizzle.gg. not sure of the availability, but you make an account and then link it to your livestreaming site. Ie twitch, or youtube. Then after you've done a live, you go to the site and tell it to fetch streams. Then click on it and tell it which game you were playing and it will make clips, as well as a highlights reel.
