i completely agree, heroes units are strange cause a few of the SSR arts are just far more fire than the TUR arts, the exceptions i can think of are ssj4 bardock and ssj4 gohan
It feels reversed like the TUR should be the SSR and SSR the TUR art as for many units the SSR one is the one where they pose like STR bojack art and others and UR art is where they like power up or attack
