Leave when you see the first red flag, and do not stick around or you could find yourself subjected to more abuse.
I grew up with a narcissist sibling and they always proclaim all that they’ve done for you while they screech at you because you challenged their lies. And, they don’t do anything for you except to make themselves look good. This sibling stole from me, my parents, grandparents, and employers. I was a bit surprised at this story because at my daughter’s wedding, my mother was also grumpy and when I asked her why, she said I wasn’t paying enough attention to her. She was a “silver spoon” baby who had not allowed us to be raised in the same manner. We had to do everything ourselves. I could give more examples but I didn’t see it until mom was much older and dad was gone. That I turned out normal is a miracle. At least, I have researched personality disorders and I have discussed it with my daughter who said I’m not like that. Phew!
I've suffered through a relationship with a narcissist, and I am still in therapy - but, I survived. There were times when I thought I wouldn't ( he was an off the hook rager) but I did. And I have all kinds of afflictions, both metal and physical, from those nasty 6 years. People ask why you stay. It's because you're slowly but surely brainwashed - similar to Stockholm's Syndrome, where the victim comes to think of their captor as their protector. It's nuts!!! And, there's a lot more of them out there than is in the statistics. Parents, please teach your children about cluster B disorders so they don't find themselves in the position that I found myself in.
The horse story... 😢 There’s been quite a few cases of people hurting horses and other animals in a rural area of my country where my mom lives. There’s some real sickos out there
@Phil McCrevice Ah, so you just somehow have the inate ability to see every horse in every country (along with all the alleged "non abuse" that goes along with said omnipotence?) You are delusional mate. Open your eyes.
OMG that first story. I live in Canada and with every detail I was increasingly horrified. I would have thought that people who are used to a rural frigid environment would have been a bit better prepared. My province is not quite that cold but I don't leave home in -30 to go for a random drive for food and sightseeing. If I have to leave home after dark in the winter I am fully dressed for anything, have a full tank of gas and my phone is fully charged or I don't leave the house because we just never know what will happen in the dark in the country
Story 12: I imagine the ordeal was terrifying, but I'm also thinking the creep heard the bird screaming but didn't know it was a bird because how would he? So you screaming in unison with the bird probably sounded demonic to this dude and that's why he didn't bother continuing to break down the door. And the idea of him noping out of there because he thought he'd awakened some demon is kind of hilarious. Serves him right. And good for your screamy parrot.
I live in Saskatchewan we’ve been in a deep freeze for the past week it’s -30 right now, -40 with the windchill. We had a snowstorm roll through on Wednesday. Yesterday my coworker and I were out in the middle of nowhere and hit the ditch it was so scary as we had just missed sliding onto/into a frozen lake. It was terrifying Being out in -40 weather, frost bite can start in minutes! I feel for the person in the first story
No sign of snow this year so far. Just like horrific wind that takes the big bins of up the street spilling trash everyware lol and the rain 😭 pavements are all wet and flooded over from the road. How does one allow a person to come so close that they can slap something out of your hand. Why don't you just move? Why stand there like a statue? Move the hand holding your phone, for crying out loud if nothing else. And then after everything is done and they're gone you "scream out violent threats". Give me a break. Edit: Wait, WHAT???? You're a SECURITY GUARD? Jesus Christ.
@@ZephyrinSkies right, right, of course. Nobody could possibly actually be a responsible adult and follow their training. Nobody can stand up against bullies, right? Especially a SECURITY GUARD who is supposed to be protecting things. I mean, come on. How is a poor pathetic pitiful heavily armed and trained person supposed to have a spine. It is absolutely HORRIBLE of me to expect such a person to be able to handle what comes their way. What on EARTH was I thinking. I mean, I'd never expect a pilot to be able to fly a plane, how stupid would that be. And then there's surgeons. It would be absolutely foolish of me to think that they could operate on someone. I am truly properly chastised. I am crying in the mud. I have nowhere to go but down. Happy now?
@@earndoggy lmao I agree with you. I'm not trained and have been in a situation where I had to think quickly or it would turn ugly quick. I did not hesitate and I did not stand there like a fool. It turned out good for me because I reacted. Your come back did make me laugh out loud thanks for that.
You're right, suggesting dick to ease lonely nights, to a stranger is the pinnacle of comedy. Its widely used by comedians, I hear Roman Atkinson and Gabriel Iglesias scream it out to women at their shows.
Yeah the bridesmaid story is how my mom is. That's why I'm always the bridesmaid and never the bride. Because all my friends were jealous about how "nice and generous" my mom was.. I felt like I never could tell anyone all the awful things she use to tell me. One time I quoted her and a classmate said "your mom talks to you like that?"..it was the first time I realized how unusual our relationship was. I thought all mothers made you feel small and not good enough.
PSA: Even if the guy in the second story acted like he made the right choice and said things like “i had no other option” this is so far from the truth. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation, ALWAYS give them what they want. Do you really value your material possessions more than your life? Its never worth the risk of them potentially having a weapon. Swallow your pride and don’t be an idiot like this guy
Sam Potter you think that’d be your natural instinct. But it’s not. It’s to freeze & then fight. I know because it happened to me. I was mugged & ended up in a fight. I always said I’d just give any material possession a robber/mugger wanted. My life isn’t worth something I can buy again. Then when I was mugged I just froze, so very very confused. They took it as resistance & I was in a fight a few moments later. One of the Scariest moments of my life
@@junipers7174 Fair enough, that may be your reaction but not for everyone. I for one have been robbed 3 or 4 times as I live in a big city, every time it wasn't even a question for me; just instantly gave it all up. Probably because I got stabbed the first time I got robbed and am traumatized from that, but yea ill never so much as look at the robber now just in case they are violent
The guy in that story didn't seem too bright. You shouldn't be walking through bad areas in the first place and I have no idea how he thought he was going to be able to retain his possessions. Did he think if he just said no that they would say okay?
There was something deeply wrong there and it didn’t sound like a one-off that could be attributed to wedding stress. Definitely sounds like a person with borderline or narcissistic personality disorder
LITERALLY HAPPENED TO ME LAST NIGHT. there are n e v e r any stories on these channels that take place in mississippi, but the one that did was literally terrifying. it was about these siblings that ventured into an old village on their dad’s land, and these randos came and threatened their lives. the scariest part to me is that they’re still running around with no punishments. ughhhh
I love your voice and the way you tell the stories. I seriously cant listen to anyone else. Thank you for all you do. I love hearing all these stories.
Story #12- 57:05 OK... to ANYONE reading this, NEVER count on “hiding” in the event someone breaks into your home!!! If you are in America, GET A HANDGUN... or three. The United States of America’s Constitution (2nd Amendment Rights, second half: “The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed” written in 1789) gives YOU the RIGHT to “protect your home” with a firearm! If you are lucky enough to reside in a “more” 2ND AMENDMENT FRIENDLY state... get your LTC (License To Carry) and LEARN HOW TO USE your firearm! There are SO MANY free to very low cost classes you can take to learn how to handle your firearm and HOW TO SHOOT IT ACCURATELY! After my divorce, luckily my children were old enough to understand and handle a firearm. I got a S&W 9mm. I took a LTC class and then passed my LTC target shooting test (with a score of 244 out of 250!) and the written test with a 100%.😎 THANKFULLY my parents brought my 3 children up around firearms, taking them hunting and target shooting out at their deer-lease. All three, even my daughter, got to start going deer hunting at the age of ten with my father and brothers. My brothers also brought their kids up the same as I did and started letting them go hunting with them and my Dad at ten years old. They were shown major GUN SAFETY which is ABSOLUTELY NEEDED... ⭕️The children who get ahold of a parent’s handgun and end up accidentally shooting themselves, a sibling or a neighborhood friend, etc.. ARE NOT CHILDREN WHO WERE BROUGHT UP AROUND GUNS!!! In bringing firearms into a child’s life at a young age, it not only shows them what a “real gun” looks and feels like but also teaches them how to handle a gun in a safe way!⭕️ Also, every person I know who introduces firearms into their children’s lives, teach them just how deadly they can be and how to SAFELY handle one. In one case my nephew was at a friend’s home with a couple other children and one of them snuck into the parent’s bedroom and found a handgun. MY NEPHEW IMMEDIATELY took hold of the gun seeing that it was real, put it on safety and CAREFULLY took it directly to the mother in a safe manner. ‼️YOU MUST LOCK UP ALL GUNS, not only in a SAFE that is “child proof” but is also “ANYONE PROOF”!!!‼️My nephew was no longer allowed to visit that friend’s home ever again. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR CHILDREN, you MUST be VIGILANT when it comes to the homes they frequent and the parent’s views on guns... mostly IF they own one and IF and HOW they keep them locked up! If you don’t feel comfortable asking a person about their possible gun ownership then you MUST NOT be comfortable letting your child staying there without you! Look, criminals DO NOT CARE about any laws regarding how to LEGALLY purchase and register a gun! If they are a felon, they will find a million ways to access a gun ILLEGALLY! The only way to protect yourself and your loved ones from being raped, beaten or even murdered by a monster or mentally unstable person, is not only to own a handgun but to know HOW to use it. You must also learn how to be AWARE OF DANGER around you and know the steps to keep yourself and anyone with you, safe! My home is in a gated community and I have a great alarm system. There are well known alarm companies out there that will install an alarm system into your HOME, APARTMENT, CONDO or TOWNHOME, for FREE with monthly monitoring fees starting around $15-$20 per month! They are ALL OVER THE USA! Mine even came with a FREE carbon monoxide detector that will not only alert me but ALSO alerts Fire, Police and Ambulance services FOR ME! Of course, the alarm alerts the same services for a break-in, fire or a medical emergency. Alarms usually come with FREE panic buttons in the master bedroom to which you can add other rooms if you choose to do so. My alarm also came with THREE FREE keychain remotes to not only Arm AND Unarm my system but also to enable me to hit a panic button (silent or NOT). Thinking back, my very first apartment (in the 90’s) was gated and had a security alarm. You could choose to pay for the service of the alarm company OR keep it where the alarm still goes off LOUDLY with a possible break-in but does not alert the police for you. And NO, my apartment was not expensive nor did I have to move to a safer area, to live in a gated community with an alarm system! The FOUR apartments/condos I lived in before I was able to rent or buy a home, WERE ALL GATED AND HAD ALARM SYSTEMS! If you purchase a “NEWLY BUILT” home, 99% of builders already have an alarm system put in which is already rolled into the price of the home/townhome/condo. If you purchase a “non-builder” home like 95% of your fellow Americans, the chances are that the home is already wired for an alarm! You CAN request for an alarm to be installed by the sellers which they may actually PAY FOR or... you can roll the cost into the final price of the home which may only add a dollar or two to your monthly mortgage! Wow... I wrote A LOT here!!! Please listen to a level headed mother of three when it comes to gun issues. And NO, I DO NOT think people should be allowed to buy assault rifles for “personal protection”!!! I honestly am not sure how I feel about the average person even being allowed to own anything besides a handgun, rifle or shotgun... That is a TOTALLY DIFFERENT CONVERSATION! Stay safe out there my fellow Americans! (AND people around the world!) Love From Texas ♥️🤠🌴
I know, it’s normally around midnight for me. That’s why I came to the channel to check to see if he had uploaded. I was happy to see that he had uploaded.
I come a very wealthy family which has gotten me into trouble whenever I go downtown to the sketchy area I was once beat up for my wallet and vowed never to let it happen again... this year (junior year in highschool) I was targeted downtown by two 15 years old when they went to throw the punch side stepped and began relentless beating the one kid down! I have no idea what came over me but I never stopped till the cops came turns out I broke his face in several areas and didn’t even realize that his friend had stabbed me ! I regret nothing and feel like I was justified in protecting myself
When I was seven we had 3 channels and they all went off at midnight. Sometimes when I stop and think about how fast technology has advanced in 42 years I wonder how humans went so long without even having power, to so quickly go to self driving cars and our government being able to see, hear, and track every single thing we do I'm sure there are aliens at area 51 and I want to see them. Lol.
@Michele Walburn I’ve often thought of those things as well. Makes you appreciate the simple comforts we have like electricity, home heating systems, running water ect. The technology we have now was used by the gov way before they made it accessible to the public. I was born in '85 and I’m actually glad my childhood didn’t consist of video games, smartphones & tablets. We used our imagination & played outside exploring the woods & other things. Sometimes I crave that simple life & often wish I could pack up & go off the grid. We’ve come so far in even 50 years it’s scary to think of how it’ll be in another 50 yrs. how much more are we capable of before we destroy each other?
Video games? Lol. I was almost a teen before we had anything more advanced than pong. I remember the first time I played Atari. I was in heaven. I loved it. My parents would not buy us one though so I had to use my neighbors. The neighbor lady would let me play while she cleaned and cooked and I'd keep her lil ones entertained. Then my dad found out that I was rotting my brain and put an end to that. Oh he still made me go watch her kids though. For free too. Old meany that he was. Lol
@L Rowe I remember turning to channel 3 for the VCR & video games too. First system we had was a Sega Genesis my mom & dad got all 4 of us for Xmas in like ‘92. Imagine sharing that with 3 siblings & one TV lol The ‘90s was a good decade to be a kid
This is why children shouldn't be allowed to use the internet. They're stupid and do rediculous things that put themselves in real danger. Parents, watch what your kids do online. They could be putting your entire family in danger.
Story #11 Should've gone to the ER and called the people hosting the party, I am sure this guy picked another victim after you got away. Story #16 I would've beaten him into a coma. Story #17 I'm sorry but if I catch you staring a me through my door/window I am not going to be polite. Two half-mastiffs will be at the door barking and looking like Cujo and I will have my gun visible. Story #18 No problem dude, I will call for you. Pull out my phone and call a tow truck, yeah man what is the make and model of your car, license plate, etc.
I love that your videos are so long and include multiple stories. I usually pass out before the first story is even finished, so I’m able to come back and get multiple listens from just one video

There’s some real sickos out there
Ty for the warning. I hate animals abuse stories!
It's the people who stop and SHOOT at horses that should be hung!
@Phil McCrevice Ah, so you just somehow have the inate ability to see every horse in every country (along with all the alleged "non abuse" that goes along with said omnipotence?) You are delusional mate. Open your eyes.
That was really sad. that poor horse! 😢
Story 12: “Everything looked fine so I went back inside instead of going for help.”
Me: How are you even alive?
OMG that first story. I live in Canada and with every detail I was increasingly horrified. I would have thought that people who are used to a rural frigid environment would have been a bit better prepared. My province is not quite that cold but I don't leave home in -30 to go for a random drive for food and sightseeing. If I have to leave home after dark in the winter I am fully dressed for anything, have a full tank of gas and my phone is fully charged or I don't leave the house because we just never know what will happen in the dark in the country
Story 12:
I imagine the ordeal was terrifying, but I'm also thinking the creep heard the bird screaming but didn't know it was a bird because how would he? So you screaming in unison with the bird probably sounded demonic to this dude and that's why he didn't bother continuing to break down the door. And the idea of him noping out of there because he thought he'd awakened some demon is kind of hilarious. Serves him right. And good for your screamy parrot.
Perfect timing as always, I drift off to sleep soundly listening to these stories.

Okay, next time you find yourself in a dangerous and stressful situation, report back on how perfectly you reacted.
@@ZephyrinSkies right, right, of course. Nobody could possibly actually be a responsible adult and follow their training. Nobody can stand up against bullies, right? It is absolutely HORRIBLE of me to expect such a person to be able to handle what comes their way. What on EARTH was I thinking. Yes its a typical scenereo these days many humans are no longer human.
I can never listen to another person/channel reading creepy stories like these. You literally have the best voice lol
Some of these stories are just people bitching about people they don't like.
in time, you will see that 80% of stories are women bitching about ambiguously """"creepy""" events that posed no harm whatsoever
I just turned it off as soon as Joel stopped and Southern canni started so it was half a great video!!
I don’t think I’d ever forgive my mother if she randomly left me alone for days at a young age, especially after an intruder terrorized me.
So for the person who was drugged, why didn’t the friends bring her to the hospital?
WAIT, other people don’t wear slides in winter?
-everyone from LA
people need to stop worrying about what their parents think and have social responsibility to go to the cops when meeting these horrific people smh
I swear there's an Entitled Parent or "Karen" joke regarding the mom who suddenly turned 180 from a nice lady to a witch and a half.
Or she seriously needs mental help. The girl narrator sounded like an absolute jackass in the end by just cutting the mom off as insane.
SpaceCowboyTV People aren’t responsible for their parents’ behavior or mental health. Or anybody’s besides their own, for that matter.
Don’t really like this guy’s voice but the stories are great. I look forward to the original narrator’s return!
Ashlee Haas , the narrator changes after the 9th story. Someone with a nasally, wet, and country voice. It’s weird to me.
Southern Cannibal is that narrator. Not my favorite either. I usually just skip over his narrations
This couldn't have dropped at a better time considering I'm gonna be stranded in snow soon myself

@The Green Pill Mindset don't have cold nights in an Australian summer. Piss off, creep.
@The Green Pill Mindset wtf
People are. You aren't.
You're right, suggesting dick to ease lonely nights, to a stranger is the pinnacle of comedy. Its widely used by comedians, I hear Roman Atkinson and Gabriel Iglesias scream it out to women at their shows.
Listening whilst recovering from surgery, helps take my mind off the pain. Love your soothing voice and narrations.
Wesley story gave me the creeps and chill
I wasn't prepared for the sudden different voice lol.
I rather appreciate the time stamps that you ALWAYS include in the description. You're such a considerate hooman. 🐾
The second story had me in TEARS. I never heard someone describe getting jumped play by play 😂🤣😂
Lmao
I thought, Why would you go through a known “bad area” without any protection?

Hehe, I never get caught
@@crestofflames908 lmao
Its called ‘hentai’ and it’s art
The mother is not insane in the wedding story. She was feeling left out.
There was something deeply wrong there and it didn’t sound like a one-off that could be attributed to wedding stress. Definitely sounds like a person with borderline or narcissistic personality disorder

Bit of a stretch on the Wendigo in Muskoka tbh
What do you think it was?
I come a very wealthy family which has gotten me into trouble whenever I go downtown to the sketchy area I was once beat up for my wallet and vowed never to let it happen again... this year (junior year in highschool) I was targeted downtown by two 15 years old when they went to throw the punch side stepped and began relentless beating the one kid down! I have no idea what came over me but I never stopped till the cops came turns out I broke his face in several areas and didn’t even realize that his friend had stabbed me ! I regret nothing and feel like I was justified in protecting myself
The intro makes me feel like I’m 7 yrs old again & I just put a tape in the VCR to watch a movie 😂😂
Your videos make my day!!

East LA really IS like that. In fact, everything west of the 57 freeway, excepting a few high-end neighborhoods, is like that. Born & raised there - learnes to fight the hard way.
The story about the guy getting robbed makes me mad for several reasons, but the biggest one is his seeming not to understand where he was. You never take a shortcut like that.

First story: this girl's parents really didn't set her up for success AT ALL! I'm from the Midwest US and I ALWAYS make sure to have basic survival supplies in my car when winter hits. Simple things like a sleeping bag, extra gloves, bottled water, and a flashlight can save your life! My dad taught me this when I got my first car!
