Jesus and the World: Isolation or Openness? - fr. Georgios Schinas

The Christ-world dipole is one that has long troubled the Church, as throughout its course, we've always been trying to set up a boundary between them, a line that clearly separates the two.
A Christian may be part of the world while resisting, however, the temptation of secularization. S/he may be part of the Kingdom of God, while also being a member of society. As long as the distinction between them is clear inside that person and these two separate concepts do not get confused.
