The league is best when rivalries flourish. I pray Tua fully recovers and returns to his greatness. Go Bills! The Bills always play best when underrated
As a Bills fan, what was so disturbing about Tua's concussion was the way it happened. It was not even a big hit. Good luck Tua, rooting for your healthy future.
This last concussion occurred on a relatively benign hit. Once concussed, the likelihood of another concussion happening increases. Lots of really nasty hits happen in any given game. The likelihood of a career-ending hit is now magnified for Tua. It's his decision to make. Hopefully he chooses wisely based on thorough thinking and not solely on emotion.
prayers to Tua Thats why the bills parted ways with all those vets hyde, poyer, morris, jackson, davis, diggs You saw Poyer one step behind all game especially on the Cook 46 yard run.

Bills fans can be dramatic, like saying McDermott should be fired, but for the most part they know what they were talking about. The biggest controversy was what to do with Diggs, but that's something Bean was dealing with for years - so it wasn't really a if, but when.

Dude in the cowboy hat said its death or paralysis next, and you could see Tua limping off after the hit, prob with numb legs/feet. He may already be at that point.
As a lifelong Bills fan I say a prayer before every game (I have done so since I was 5 years old), I can no longer do that against the Dolphins for fear that I may inadvertently pray for Tua death and I don't want that on me. All I can do now is hope we win and that Tua doesn't get hurt. Seriously, 2021 he had a season ending leg injury (he did try and play against the Packers a week later), in 2022 I'm pretty sure the original concussion before the one's that were K.O him were off a Milano hit (the one were he tried to stand up and fell down and a lineman had to hold him up), and now this. I wouldn't tell a competitor to quite and I think it would come off a disingenuous from a rival team fan so I wont. However, this is the third time I have seen him not injured (injuries you can chalk up to bad luck), but knocked the F out (computer off moments). Somehow you can't help but be very concerned for the young man and this is the third time, most fighters' careers are over after getting K.O 3 times.
Strong defense and strong rushing. That WILL translate to a championship with Allen at QB. Hopefully they stay healthy and improve every week. Look out!
Tua can continue to play. But before he does, he needs to go to training camp on how to fall and how to slide. Hamlin didn't even hit Tua. Tua ran head first into his thigh and crumpled himself. Dolphins should have put him through training on sliding before giving him that huge contract. It may sound harsh but Tua just exonerated Flores.
Tua needs to retire. What good is all that cash if you can’t enjoy it or you live in agony for the rest of your life? Kevin Kolb said he has such bad tinnitus from concussions that his ears ring as if a shotgun has been fired next to his head 24/7. I’d rather be poor than live like that, maybe that’s just me.
If Tua cares so much about winning, I wish he would focus on "WINNING" the game of life for his wife, kids, and extended family. He has more than enough $$$, he won college football National Championships, and he can EASILY be gifted a cushy (and lucrative) job either at U Alabama, within the Dolphins organization, elsewhere within the corporate NFL structure, and/or in the sports media. He can still remain working within the orbit of football without putting his health (and life) needlessly at elevated risk. I am NOT a Dolphins fan, but I wish Tua the best.

Prayers for Tua and may God bless him and his family… But to the game, I have some serious questions about the game plan for Miami……the run seemed to be working, but the passing game to me was to me non-existent……how many passes were 5 yards or more down the field, two of the fastest receivers in the NFL and almost all the passes were behind the line of scrimmage! Why?

No, guys ... the play on words "let - James - Cook" is NOT "new" just now. It was actually coined LAST SEASON by none other than Josh Allen himself in the celebratory Bills locker room following James Cook's first dominant performance after Joe Brady became the Bills' new OC.
It's ultimately up to Tua, and I do not want any outside forces to take anything else than an advisory role towards Tua's personal decision. That being said, money should not be the main driver. He is guaranteed about 90ish million of his new 212 million contract if he walks away after he is cleared to play. He also has the money he made from his first contract on top of that. With a good financial advisor, 150-175 million over his career thus far is still generational wealth and is a lot easier to multiple and has more velocity than what the rest of the population has. Additionally, the Dolphins and the NFL would likely kick in additional money to further save face and appease the bleeding hearts like was done with Luck (I know this sounds harsh, but its reality). He would also have a very favorable shot at landing a job either in the NFL or with media. All this to say that if I was him, I would walk given the pros and cons.
I wouldn't count on the NFL to pay him anything. There's many ex player's diagnosed with actual dementia who were denied money from the concussion settlement.
