Gosh. Gosh, what a tribute to Sharp Objects!! SO is one of my favourite books and one of my favourite series ever. And I think that it is one of the few cases where the original source and adaptation are in conversation with each other, with changes made being answers to unanswered things in the book.
And damn, what a video. What a sinister video, it is just perfect.
