That's a lot of beautiful equipment right there did the mc6 have the original V12 in it ? I could stay in a place like that all day been in the bus industry for years my father was a greyhound mechanic in Washington DC from 1955 to 1985. An interesting coach that came into the garage was the experimental mc7 with a turbine. Taking many trips on Scenicruisers beautiful coach
At 2:49, the bus that you said is L 744 was a Public Service Coordinated Transport bus from New Jersey. It looks like it was sold to a later operator who added extra silver siding to it and changed the colors. When Public Service had it, it didn't have the silver siding. I'd be curious to know where this place is..
@@michaelfraser5723 outright yes. At the very least these vintage buses are parts inventory for other more worthy units that are also much further along in the restorative process. At the most they’ll meticulously though patiently restore every last one as time and resources permit. These are heavily associated with the nostalgia classic antique vintage museum and historical societies. I’ve the honor to have met the owner and some of his circle of friends and or associates personally. I’m not saying that a one-off “negotiative” deal couldn’t be had for the right cause and or price/trade(?). One thing about these fellows is that they eat, sleep, breath and pee nostalgia originality.
@@mikrof467 I’d have to assume that “whatever” nobody wants to buy and or trade, it will probably just decompose were it sits. Other than that -with the amount of buses they have, they’d need an indoor climate controlled garage the size of a few football fields.
The Inter-mountain bus is a rare Kenworth. When I went back to verify where I had seen one before, it turns out to be the exact same one. I guess they moved them to a different storage spot. This is some kind of non-profit group that does actually fix them up. So they're not left for dead. ruclips.net/video/EYeDK_FvJag/видео.html
It's a real shame to see all of those old coaches just sitting there rotting away when so many of them could be restored and put back on the road either as tour buses or motorhomes.

I saw a few in there that I would like to have. I am looking for a nice 4104 now
These are NOT for sale. They’re slowly -but surely being Restored as time and resources permits. They’re within a tightly guarded private land lot.
are you sure ?
