hep cat wim hof is a pseudoscience loving leftist quack. And also, surfing in a 5 mil wetsuit even in extremely cold climates does a pretty good job of countering the cold. Nowhere near the same as an ice bath with no rubber

@@needessentials. I live in the States. My surf spot was a predominant left that broke off of a jetty. I surfed year round. My wife and daughter sat on the beach in a tent in sleeping bags. Surfing for me was a religious experience. Even though we lived and hour plus away, we went as often as possible. 10' longboat nose rider. In 2002 I was rearended by a semi. Surgeries neck and back and was told to never surf again in fear a of being parylized. Tore my heart out. I body surf and boogie board. Why did you leave that beautiful right point break ?

Hey Ray, The water temp was 1 degree, Air temp minus 15. Wetsuit is a 6/5mm.
