2006 Beach Shaggers Hall of Fame Induction of Debbie Rickard

This video includes the induction of Debbie Rickard into the Beach Shaggers Hall of Fame at the induction ceremony in 2006. The event was held at The Ocean Drive Beach & Golf Resort that is located in the Ocean Drive Beach and Golf Resort in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
The Beach Shaggers Hall of Fame was originated by Rick Hubbard during 1983 when he got together with Harry Driver and others with his idea to recognize those original and noteworthy shaggers from Ocean Drive.
