      Thanks for watching! You wouldn’t believe what I had to do to get Fusion 360 to run on a Commodore 64…

    The amount of time you must have put into this video is insane. I hope it gets all the views it deserves. Also that dodgy servo, poor Steve 😂.

    I love the dedication and effort put into something as funny and useless as this! Amazing video bro!

    Make the fishing with an electromagnet. Or you could make the "line" from a tube and have a piece of stiff fishing line inside it to pull the magnet back enough to drop the catch. If you could keep the oars from spinning the boat could be propelled and steered by driving the oars independently with variable speed.

      I considered an electromagnet, but the electronics were getting a bit messy! Great idea for the fishing rod and variable speed on the oars! Maybe I’ll mod it down the track…

      I do share more than just a similar name with @electo Minecraft + 3D printing = much wow! Thanks for watching!

    This was great. And I think you're on to something with the rc controlled fishing. Set up a bucket at the side of the pool with a fork to pull the bobber through to drop the catch off, then it could be a "how many things can you catch on X minutes game."

      It's fun! I was considering using an electromagnet arrangement, but it was all a bit complicated.

    What's up gamers?! Every good vessel needs a name, so let me know if you have any ideas for this one! If I like your name suggestion the best, I'll add it to the boat's hull for all eternity!
    @Jaryd Giesen gets the naming rights with his amazing suggestion of ‘Unsyncable II’. I 3D printed it and stuck it to the hull (I promise).

    how do i get the stls? its only a .step file.

    • @electrosync
      @electrosync  2 года назад +2

      Open the .step file in your modeling software (Fusion 360 has a free license for example) then save the individual parts as .stl. The good thing about .step files is that you can modify them easily if want to make any changes.
