Are you winning from poker yet? Also, here are the 6 reasons why some people ALWAYS seem to be winning at poker: ruclips.net/video/iN1FO6ruosA/видео.html
Hey if I have another job outside of poker that’s also generating 6 figures that gives me a bigger bank roll, could I make more than 10k a month (like around 30-50k a month)?
Helle, thank you for your Video. It is very interesting, i will Tell you soon, how it works. But 2 questions: Do you recommend 6-Max Or 9-Max-tables? And do you recommend Rush-Games or classic cashgame-Tables? Thanks for your answer.
Hey Nathan Another great video. Thank you…keep ‘em coming. I’m applying all of the basic principles you lay down. Question; is it bad etiquette to time out with the nuts in an online pot so the guy next to you shoves and then you take his stack?
Stalling with AA on Big Blind when i shoved my last 10 bigs from the BU with 109s and finally got called to see such horrific news is indeed annoying and bad etiquette at least for me. But i get that people sometimes leaving table to pee or sth so i kinda made peace with that but still not cool bro
Thanks Edward, glad my videos are helping you! That's a tricky question, "slowrolling" is often frowned upon in poker, but I am also all about taking any edge I can get in a game like poker which involves psychological warfare. It's your call basically.
Specifically online, when you are mostly anonymous, etiquette doesn't matter. Take any edge you can, as long as you stick to the basic rules. You don't play this game to make friends, or to show honor, you play this game to make money.@@BlackRain79Poker
I look at chip stacks and see if there are any regs I recognize. I always get the seat change button. If I cannot make money I am not afraid to move to another table.
Easy way to be mostly right is just track your stack size over the session. If it doesn't go up for an hour+, reconsider the table. Very common for there to be 1 or 2 good opponents, then they lose their money to you and get replaced with a nit. Nothing wrong with playing against nits, unless you want their money.
What poker sites let you choose the seat? Or, does the HUD help? I've only played on poker stars so far, and all the player's names are anonimous. Is that a bad thing? It would help me a lot to understand why. Thanks!
Hey Nathan. Love all these videos. Soaking up tons of knowledge from you. I live in Florida so I can not play online poker but we have a lot of poker rooms here that have cash games all day. Would you recommend this ? Have you had luck with them at all ? Thanks. Keep the vids coming !!
Nathan I am a massive fan of yours but think the advice you are giving in this video is misleading on table selection. If you are coming into a game that is already running you don't get any choice on where you sit down. The only decision you get is whether you sit down or not. Normally you don't get any opportunity to watch the table before you sit down at it. Normally the most you can do is sort the tables VPIP and average pot size but that's about it. I would love to know what poker rooms give you the option to firstly watch the tables for longer than a few seconds before you decide to join that table and it also choose where you sit down at! This
Nathan! Thanks for all of your info! I’ve definitely improved my game since watching you! I liked everything you said here with the exception of one thing! Suggesting we play even if we don’t feel like it…. This is an extremely unproductive practice for me! For instance just last evening I was nowhere close to the zone so I just shut it down before costing my bankroll a big hit!
Unless one lives in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Nevada, Michigan or Delaware you have to play in an offshore casino. Those games are anonymous. That's where I can play
3:55 you will not find players who limps a lot, have 40_VPIP and fold / never fold to c-bets anymore... most of the games nowadays are tough even in 5cents / 10 cents...
Pokerstars , Party Poker , 888 poker , GG poker , WPT Global. Ive never played on last 2 but i heard especially last one is good and advertised by Brad Owen himself as well as Phil Ivey. U can even use Brad Owen link and get bonuses . It is at his RUclips channel
Love the video, great tips. I have a question, what about playing multiple tables? How many do you recommend for someone to learn how to play and should I even play more than one or just focus on one to grasp the basics?
If you are still a beginner in poker, then obviously you should focus on a single table. Play with play chips or something, don't lose money while you are still learning the basics. Afterwards, start at the lowest possible stakes and try to slowly grasp ideas and playstyles. It's a terrible idea to instantly jump on the mid/high stakes while still a beginner, you will get ravaged and probably quit, or even worse lose a lot of money.
You will figur eit out yourself. Once you get comfortable in your own game and can focus on more things than how to play each different situation correctly, you can probably multitable. You need to build brain muscle memory so that you won't really need to think about things that much, then you can divide your attention between multiple tables.@@rafateresinski126
One hour a day is nothing... Maybe a pro could make 10k a month with that little time, but for the average player, I can hardly believe it... But yes, playing all weekend long with that could help...
If you are multitabling, it can happen. You can learn to manage like 5+ tables at any given time with generally lower stakes and follow a blind strategy which would work more often than not. Eventually, through sheer amount of hands played, you should be a winning player.
Yes, you can beat bad players. But you can beat good players as well. Poker is similar to rock-paper-and Scissors. You need to see how a players is playing and devise a strategy that will beat that player. Sure, you will make less money against good poker players, but you can still beat them
Why bother competing against good players though? You can literally make so much more money and so much more easily against fish. There is no need to have an ego in this game, in fact it's what brings most players down. I'd rather win 1 million against bad players over 100k against Phil Ivey any day.
What a simpleish video for simpletons. Play 1 hour a day play in easy games 30/100 rule and youll make 10k a month. In reality you should play live games study 1 hour per day play like 6hrs per day.

Which sites do you play at?
how do you table select in the casino? you basically have to take the seat that's open, especially when there is a long wait
Pick a good casino and good times to play. Then ask for a seat change button. And ask the floor about table change rules. Varies from casino to casino
I walk around then ask for a table change to the table I like
I look at chip stacks and see if there are any regs I recognize. I always get the seat change button. If I cannot make money I am not afraid to move to another table.

If you think 10cents game is tough you should quit poker buddy.
@@fxmorin439 weird because my coach is doing this for s living and he thinks as well that 10NL is tough
Whats a good online site to use?
The first tip is the best. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
What are some poker sites you trust?
It's more about what sites are you even allowed to play on (atleast for me) 😂

I looked into it and all the grey area sites have insane cash out fees lol you'd have to play forever just to break even upon cashing out.
Is GGpoker legit?
Ignition is pretty good

Living in Nevada is tough since you can only play on WSOP.
Wsop seems ok here in Vegas
What are the best online sites for US players to play these days?
I would like to know this as well. I’m done with ACR
Tip 1: underestimating your opponents is a great way to lose
Well said, thanks for watching my poker videos!
One hour per day?!?!?! When I was playing full time I was playing 12-16 hours per day (for about one decade.)
30 hours a month for $10k ain't bad
If you have a full-time job.
Who are you and how much have you earned because if you can’t validate any of it - be quiet and watch and learn with the rest of us.
I can't seem to break 25K. But I love to play 5/5 and 5/10.
Thank you for made video.
I love your content. ❤
