The fastest way by a long shot are the certificates in boxes. I no longer have to grind my way to the next tank waiting what seems like forever for the XP to build up. I open boxes from draws regularly and most of my accounts now have hundreds of thousands of free XP available.
While I'm against WG dumbing down the ability to progress in the game, I could never understand why they don't reward the 350k freexp certs on their streams instead of premium tanks. Giving people Tier 8 premium tanks and affecting mm (taking new players out of bot mm) is stupid.

Yep that's true as well, but I didn't include this because some of the items you need them for future events
