- Hello, you lovely people! Here's a little tune that has a slight bounce to it. As tends to happen, it started out as a simple little piano tune that eventually morphed into a mess of wild flutes, strings struck with things and percussion.

It's always a good day when a new song drops and this one's a complete banger! Something about how you handle the intros to your songs never fails to sink its hooks into me; something in how it builds into itself before launching into the first verse is addicting. This one in particular feels bittersweet and hopeful. "A Long Awaited Return" is a very apt title for it.

Also, the song is 11/10 (perfect), just like all the previous songs... but "through the woods we ran" will always be in my head and will always be blasted at full volume, no exceptions. It's just SO GOOD!
