That's right. I tried it out to make a review. There are some desperate ladies looking for financial aid through a foreigner. Anyway there are many good ladies as well, who are honest. It just depends on which lady you can find.

Hi Bruce, yes. It is better to meet someone through friends compared to dating websites. Better to take time in the beginning than be hard later on.
Most people who meet their girlfriends through a dating website don’t admit it but it is easy to figure out that ladies on some websites are looking for a way out. It can be way out of financial crunch, or anything.
I think it would be easier for you to find a girlfriend as you can speak the Thai language, and understand the culture very well.
