I wouldn’t flat out say she’s talentless. She’s a really good dancer and a decent enough actress. And her singing has definitely improved over the years. She’s hard working, yes. But she’s not a creative genius. And she’s not vocally gifted. She’s a glamor girl whose peak has faded. She hasn’t been reinventing herself as an artist, and ten years is too long a break for people to continue to care, especially when no true fan base has been established. Also, her rumored horrible attitude doesn’t help either. Her latest project was incredibly self-indulgent and isn’t something anyone can relate or connect to. I think she thinks the world still cares about “Bennifer”, and by extension her previous suitors, when there are more pressing issues to attend to. We’ve moved on. And the incessant mention of being from The Bronx, but never giving back to the community she proudly claims to appear more down to earth is why they don’t like her. J.Lo saw the success Taylor and Beyoncé had last year while touring, and thought she could compete in that lane. Leo’s pride. Another Vegas residency would’ve been more appropriate to at least test the waters first, but how many of her songs are truly timeless? But you know who has timeless music and is currently doing a residency? Mariah.

NO! I wouldn't pay $50 to see JLo ever again. I went to a Marc Anthony concert when he was married to JLo and she was pregnant at MSG and he performed first!!! It was shocking. We thought JLo was opening for him, we were all Marc Anthony fans (Salsa fans are not the same as Pop music fans). After Marc left the stage people were booing and walked out. MSG emptied out big time - I stayed with my husband because I knew Marc would come back since he didn't sing any of his songs that he has with JLo. No one and I mean NO ONE gave her a standing ovation. BUT Marc got the standing ovations plus yelling and screaming and signing loud to his music. Even Fat Joe and LL Cool J came out to sing with JLo and THEY got standing ovations, but never JLo... Never.... She thought it was ALL about her and NOPE it was about MARC.

I have heard stories about her for years and they were all the same, very unpleasant. If you are a service worker, a driver, someone that isn't rich and powerful. No, I knew way back that she was a fake. What made me realise it wasn't her singing was all the different vocal sounds and I watched as she was carried A LOT by the backup artists. It was so easy to put two and two together. My friends loved her; I couldn't stand her right from the very start. I loved Whitney and Miriah. You just knew those were the real deal.
I love Mariah. I always have, and I always will. Her songs have helped through some very rough times. I can listen to her songs everyday, and they will never get old. However, she has literally said nothing about JLO's new album. Mariah will comment on 'I Don't Know Her' because people bring it up, but she is certainly not keeping tabs on JLO.
Yeah I don't get what this video was trying to achieve. I love Mariah so much and I hate to see her get dragged into other people's drama, she only ever says what she thinks when asked & she doesn't tolerate nonsense, but in general Mariah is not some shade queen like all these people want her to be, she's mostly just minding her own business.
Mariah actually had a very difficult childhood and from an early age her musical talent was her only comfort. I honestly didn’t even know about her background until recently! I think she’s a funny woman. The moments of her throwing shade are over exaggerated but still hilarious.

Tommy Mottola's antics in the music industry against arguably the greatest artists he ever worked with were despicable.
