On 24:06 Cinderella shouldnt be removed. He adds 3 from smee and 3 from snake, total 6 and then resist 2 giving you 4 damage. But they attack individually. So first lets say smee attack with 3 resist 2 dealing 1 damage to cindy, same for snake. This happens often that they stack the attack and attack cindy because of the resist, but the resist triggers with every attack.

Cinderella already had 3 damage counters moved by Belle (from Genie), so both attacks of Snake and Smee only did 1 damage each.
