As one who has built up anger and became more aggressive due to trauma, this almost brought me to tears... It's like.. I used to be a calm and collected person until it happened. The fear of hurting a loved one is also renting free up on my mind which is horrific. I love how half of them where feeling really really sorry for doing it :(

Same here I broke my arm by just falling. It's been like 9 years ago and my arm still hurts sometimes... Sometimes I just can't move my wrist beacause of the pain do yeah I think even a kid could actually break my arm.
