Thank you for the informational video. FYI: The main negative point; and thank you for saying this early on in the video, as I feel it is very important. You cannot add multiple products, e.g. a physical product to the cart once you have added an Amelia product. Surely, this is the main reason why most site owners would want to implement the WooCommerce checkout integration, it is for me. I would rather the customer be able to add a training event in my case, plus buy an online course within the same transaction. It is these little details that really matter, I feel. It is still interesting though and does have its benefits; if for example: Can anyone confirm if the customer can still use pay later type services which we have built into WooCommerce already, like "Laybuy" or "Klarna"; do these payment options still work with this setup? As for pay later you cna not use this with Amelia yet, but we have our optio called payment form lik and for example customer can pay now deposit and if appointment is in 3 months they can pay just before that appointment form that link. I've finally got it integrated, and it works great! Video helped! At the moment I can only get this to work via the front end. Obviously an order needs to be created when an admin manually creates a booking for a customer, but I can't seem to figure out how to make it work! Am I doing something wrong? And if it doesn't work, ummm isn't that a little weird? There should be an option in settings in Amelia for a backend booking in Amelia to create an order in Woocommerce automatically.

Amelia doesn't yet have a membership feature, but there is a possibility that this be developed as a part of the Developer license in the future. 2. Amelia has integration with WooCommerce in the sense that you can use it only for accepting payments. It has nothing to with its server or dashboard, if you do not want to use Stripe, PayPal or RazorPay you can integrate WooCommerce instead of those payment methods and accept payment with some other payment method that is supported in WooCommerce. Hello! How can I avoid group bookings (multiple bookings) when I use Amelia with WooCommerce? My problem is that as long as I don't connect Woocommerce, Amelia works fine for me, and it doesn't allow multiple bookings for the same time. If I connect Woocommerce, the process no longer works, and many people can book the same appointment at the same time. Why is that? Can't turn this off? Both minimum and maximum capacity are set to 1.

Hello I have been using amelia for quite some time and I love it. There is problem though, when a customer is booking an event and adding their details and then getting redirected to woocommerce checkout page, the information which they filled doesn't auto fill so no the customers have a tedious process. But then, we have on the one hand Customer Panel, and Employee Panel (Amelia) and on the other hand My Acount (Woocommerce) so that clients can see their activity using the referral system of the other plugin...etc. For now I have decided to give up the reference system of this other plugin, and give up on Woocommerce; because there would be many My Account type panels for the client. But in reality it would be amazing to be able to integrate everything... or for Amelia to implement a system for customers to make referrals to our site/service and earn points, bonuses, discounts, money... and us new customers. (I don't speak English so please forgive me for any mistakes)
I have integrated my recurring service with woocommerce and its working perfect. But I have to address one concern here when add to cart recurring service. Like, I have choose service for booking and make it recurring for 4 weeks daily. So total 4 times recurring. when I finish my booking and the amelia added 4 products in the cart. I want to show just only one product in the cart instead of 4 product. Can you let me know anyway to hide other 3 products?

You don't have yet recurring payment on Amelia. I wondered, if I create recurring payments products in Woocommerce (paid by credit card each month for example) those packages or services will be charged to the customers each month. Hello Eric, Thank you for reaching out to us. It is possible to set different WooCommerce products for different services and events. By default, all services/events are connected to one WooCommerce product, but if you create multiple products you will be able to choose a product that will be connected to each service/event. Once you enable WooCommerce as a payment method, go to the Services page, open one of the services and you will see a Settings tab. When you choose this tab you will see the option “Select WooCommerce product” where you can choose a product that will be connected to this service. Also Amelia doesn't yet have a membership feature, but it will be developed as a part of the Developer license (maybe even as part of the Pro license) in the future. But there may be a workaround you're interested in. Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, or Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins. Hope this helps. Best regards.

Hello there. The photo gallery is only available in the [ameliacatalog] shortcode. It never was, and never will be included in the Step-by-Step booking forms (old or new) because there's simply not enough space for those. We are currently redesigning the Amelia Catalog form, so in the future, you will be able to use the new form for it as well. The plugin should not look the same on desktops and on mobile devices, the forms are responsive. Do I have to recreate the services from Amelia into WooCommerce products?

It is possible to set different WooCommerce products for different services and events. By default, all services/events are connected to one WooCommerce product, but if you create multiple products you will be able to choose a product that will be connected to each service/event.
Once you enable WooCommerce as a payment method, go to the Services page, open one of the services and you will see a Settings tab. When you choose this tab you will see the option “Select WooCommerce product” where you can choose a product that will be connected to this service.

Hi guys! i have recently installed amelia and it has some great features. However, i was wondering if it is possible so that payments go directly to the employees rather than the money come to my account and i have to send it back to the employees? Thanks.

Hi, is it possible to link recurring bookings with subscriptions and memberships? e.g. you can access a session each month for 12 months with a 1-year subscription. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help.

We currently don't have a subscription feature built-in, but it is planned to be included in our Pro and/or Developer licenses at some point in the future. Also Amelia doesn't yet have a membership feature, but it will be developed as a part of the Developer license (maybe even as part of the Pro license) in the future. But there may be a workaround you're interested in.
Any membership plugin (like MemberPress, or Ultimate Member, etc.) allows you to create pages that are inaccessible to some (for example non-logged-in users). You can also create custom logic, so a user can access this page once a month (for example), but we're not sure about that, since we don't work with Membership plugins. Hope this helps.

Hello thanks for this video. I have a question, can we also integrate amelia with smart coupons (extension of woocommerce)? It is fully compatible? I will be using smart coupons for setting up gift cards. Example, I purchase gift card worth $100 via woocommerce product and then I will use the code to get a discount to my booking in amelia? Is this possible with Amelia? Thanks in advance :)

Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. Amelia has core integrations with WooCommerce, not with its addons and we can not guarantee that 3rd party plugins and addons will work with Amelia.

Does he say you can't book and pay for an appointment AND buy a product with the same cart? Would they have to check out twice?
That is right, at the moment, that is not possible, we have a plan to implement this feature in one of the future updates, but there is no ETA at the moment.

Hello there. The photo gallery is only available in the [ameliacatalog] shortcode. It never was, and never will be included in the Step-by-Step booking forms (old or new) because there's simply not enough space for those. We are currently redesigning the Amelia Catalog form, so in the future, you will be able to use the new form for it as well.
The plugin should not look the same on desktops and on mobile devices, the forms are responsive. If you have issues with this, please feel free to open a ticket on our official support platform, and our technical support agents will gladly help you out!
