Might as well say "ah shit random enemy has 200% ER build of a normally 0 ER uni, I'll keep coping its not 15% and the enemy has a 800 gs unit". Try building a choux with 100+% ER that doesn't butcher her HP nor crit damage. In before you say "but he may have a 60% ER only so its effectively 40% chance to debuff and not 15% 🤓".

Yeah it's not common to have er on Choux, but the vast majority of players don't have accounts like YD, there's going to be a ton of chouxs that have at least a little er that they couldn't get rid of, and yes, even at like 20-30 er I can see a 0 effectiveness unit getting resisted
