Great routine, could definitely feel it! A quick question, how many sets of each exercise should I do, and how many times a week should I do this routine?
Hey Jason, thanks for comment. Those are actually airline cargo tie down strips, but are awesome to anchor bands. Here is the site where I got them: www.uscargocontrol.com/shop/Enclosed-Trailer-Accessories/Airline-Straps-Hardware/L-Track-Tie-Down-Rails Good Luck!
Thanks Ron. They're cargo tie downs, but work awesome for band anchoring. You can find them here: www.uscargocontrol.com/shop/Enclosed-Trailer-Accessories/Airline-Straps-Hardware/L-Track-Tie-Down-Rails
Thank you! It's probably not a good idea to do them everyday. Your muscles are still working hard with bands and need time to rest, recover and grow. 3 x's a week is a good plan. As far as sets and reps go, it depends if you're working fast fibers, going heavy to get stronger or using the resistance to create sequencing. For speed go light and up to 20 reps, for strength go heavy (good form) for 6-8, for sequencing 10 is a good number. 3 sets each (both sides)
Thank you! I have been using your other programs on your channel and I am just trying to figure out how to balance all of this. Med ball workout one day, resistance bands, strength etc. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am 57 years old and I am really enjoying your channel!

Thanks Mark,
It's a tough question since everyone is so different. But, generally I would say 10-15 reps and 2-3 sets.
@@HansenFitnessForGolf thank you for replying so quickly, it’s appreciated.
Great drills thank you! Where did you get the equipment to set up the anchor on the wall? What do you call that? Looking to create a set up like this
