@@AshleyTisdaleFan3497 I put 25$ because I needed the practice and if u have no clients this is better than nothing I would let them know if the brought someone I would do their fills free
Can you help me 🙋🏻♀️ I am freaking overwhelmed and confused. The booking software im using lets me set clients to pay either in full, pay in person, have them make a deposit, or reserve their card on file. Idk which is a better option. I also want to implement a cancellation/no show policy but not sure how to go about it without it coming off to harsh. Do I have them pay in full but what if they cancel do I refund all of it, refund half of the money, no refund ? If they reserve their card and cancel do I charge them a fee for canceling ? If they make a deposit, will that be refundable if they cancel ? I also think about the next time they book an appointment would they have to dish out all that money again I fear they wouldn’t want to be my client and set a bad name for me. Please help I can’t sleep over this 🙃🙃
@@paradisesunset it’s not sketchy to new clients. All the artists around me asks for a deposit and so do i. It’s not sketchy it helps make sure clients respect your cancellation policy and makes sure you make some sort of money if they cancel last minute.
Hey girl heyyyy 💗 Take a deep breath…. Everything will be okay (: - it’s your business so always do what feels right TO YOU!! I have a cancellation policy set up * to protect myself & my clients * example…. I’m not double booking / canceling their appointment last minute. I ALWAYS invoice my clients that book a fullset a deposit & I ALWAYS message them letting them know it’s NON REFUNDABLE/ TRANSFERABLE. Fullsets are a BIG chunk of my day and there was a time I had people booking and canceling/ rescheduling like crazy days before. So for me it felt fair to implement that policy in my business. Also for no show / last minute cancellations I charge FULL PRICE. If they pay and come back I will highly appreciate it and give them a discount. If I feel like they don’t care about my time & they don’t want to pay I will just let it go and not book them again 💗 Sending you LOTS OF LOVE (:
I used offer up and said lash promo models needed and my dms were loaded within 5 minutes I also stated I was home based
Ohh that’s a good one, Ty for sharing
how much did you charge on offer up?
