Personally I love the look of that rustic, raw shiplap in contrast with the white ceiling etc. Seems almost a shame to stain it. But I'm sure whatever you end up going for will look great! Having some experience with vehicle conversions, I have to say you're making impressive progress! How much faster would you say having that box back is making it, as opposed to the curves and angles in a panel van, or presumably to some extent, a bus?
