Hemsworth was approached about playing HE-MAN and rejected it on the basis that the character is too similar to Thor. I think he was correct and made it the right decision to cast someone else. The audience needs to separate the two characters in their minds.

I just checked IMDB for the new film and Orko is not on the cast list. For other animated roles, at least the voice actors are listed (Roboto is a Lady this time), so I assume that Orko does not appear.
Or maybe they are keeping him under wraps to surprise us all. Who knows? People complain when they show too much in the trailer and people complain when they dont show everything.
