I was super pleased with the results! I have to constantly move on from decks to create new content, but have revisited this one in my off time since it’s that enjoyable.

This season I'm trying a Gwenpool Galactus deck as well as a modified Galactus & Friends deck (the Galactus deck that also runs the likes of Ultron, Destroyer, etc)!
Yes to either! Psylocke might play a little differently but would allow you to get Nimrod down early. With Magik, you really have to worry about cards that can turn off Limbo (Snowguard's Hawk, Legion, Nico, Nocturne, etc), but she can still be very effective if you're aware of that risk.
I played on mobile and PC so don’t have exact figures. The games from PC I had a 44.4% win rate. I’d wager that all of the decks I feature have a win rate between 40-50% since they’re combo decks. That’s why I try to stress cube management. Personally, I don’t value win rate at all. If I’m able to get 4 and 8 cube wins and climb upwards, the deck is worth me featuring.
Black Cat has synergy with Gwenpool to get out of your hand, so Makkari is a direct replacement. But Arnim Zola, Grandmaster, or Destroyer are probably very capable replacements!

Replacement for Alioth?
I’d try Negasonic, Death, or Knull. They each have counters though so not quite as good as Alioth, but should be close.
