Hey man, I finally got the Napoli last night. She's definitely unique (slower than I expected, but quite a tank). But those secondaries are awesome. A Shimakaze was nice enough to come in close (I had the secondaries out to 6.8km) and took a beating from me. I finished the match by charging at a Bourgogne. Between some close range AP and all that secondary SAP, I did ~30,000 to him before a distant BB took him out. That was cool. (yeah, he did ~40,000 to me, but she can handle it) It's great to have torpedoes on the thing too, since none(?) of my other top cruisers do.
I've observed aim assist going all over the place. This is evident when zooming in several times in a row on the same Target. Cant say I noticed a clear correlation with the movement of the target or which ship I'm playing. Also the lead if the auto aim seems to be capped. If i just go with the auto aim I find I consistently lag very fast targets at intermediate or long ranges.
Why didn't you launch your torps at the end? Would've been atleast a 200k dmg game. I didn't understand why you'd want to boost the 2ndrys until you mentioned dds and I remember killing a dd in 3 secs with my bb
8:00 this bug has actually been in the game for a while, a lot of ships seem to have it, from my experience, P. Bag, Amalfi, Riga and Tallinn seem to share this bug.
Ooh, I like those secondaries. I thought you were silly for doing the secondary mod, but I see it. Nice. I hadn't been putting any effort into researching this thing, but I guess that will change now. Don't tell my French cruisers, but I think I might like my Italians better (the Duca and Amalfi are incredible ships). As always, thanks!

Yeah it’s nothing new. You’ll zoom in on a ship and it goes up in outer space over and over again

The secondaries smack cruisers when ur up close I saw in ur game the sap was smacking Wooster and mino 1200 plus each shell

Now imagine if we had the PC Napoli with Bismarck length secondaries. I dont understand why we keep getting the worse version of the ships

You can spend 100k research points and skip through any ship required segments if you do not have the ship in your port
