- Join us on our first day in Magic Kingdom in four years!!
After an amazing breakfast in the Grand Floridian Cafe in our favourite resort, the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, we head to Magic Kingdom for a fun filled day of rides and a burger at Comic Rays. We rode Iron for the first time and enjoyed the fireworks of Happily Ever After.

As a coeliac, the grand Floridian cafe is always our first morning breakfast tradition as it's just so amazing for GF options and such a lovely way to start the holiday. Loving the vlogs!
What a mega packed first day you had! We used Genie Plus one day in summer 2022 for MK. I started booking rides at 7am and stacking them for the afternoon and evening. So we chilled by the pool all morning and went to MK in the afternoon for rides, dinner and more rides. I think we need to give GF a try for breakfast as it looked so delicious. Denny’s or Kekes is usually our first day breakfast choice.

This was an early start for you but nice to be on the monorail once again and what a great place to eat your first breakfast. Who doesn’t like the Grand Floridian. Sadly the Americans don’t know anything about a cup of tea. 😂 Breakfast made up for it though.
Leisurely boat ride to the Magic Kingdom and some tears behind Becky’s sunglasses as she walked down Main Street.
I thought Becky’s driving was ok on the Speedway. Lloyd’s gloating continued after Buzz. Probably not for the first time on this trip.😂
Tron looked great and I’m gutted I’ll never get to ride it. Even at my most flexible kist after my accident I don’t think I’d get on it.
Lloyd enjoyed his first burger of the trip.
This was a great first day where you managed to ride everything old and new, fireworks and the annoying It’s A Small World theme to to end it with.

I think my world has officially made it back to the “before times”. I discovered your channel back in early 2019 when I was planning a WDW 2020 trip. Your adventures at WDW were my Saturday morning comfort. Makes me so happy seeing you back at the most magical place on earth! What a great day Magic Kingdom! Looking forward to the rest of the series.
