    Being a newbie, I was unaware the hatred for the elite 2.0, so was scooping 2.0 blasters in sales, then this week I picked up the sprinter, and I'm loving it, definitely hitting harder and more accurate with the new darts everybody seems to hate, being in Australia I'm limited to what's on shelves, so the new N series it definitely an upgrade.

    Thanks for the video, I just ordered my Sprinter from Walmart it will arrive on Thursday. This is the one N Series blaster that I have been interested in and it has taken Harbro SO, SO, SO long to release it. I wish you had done a size comparison between the Rayven, the Sprinter, and the Sender. I'm looking forward to your mod videos for the Sender. Keep up the great work.

    Your videos are informative, well balanced and span multiple viewpoints. Unlike some, you mention that the reality of manufacturing products for global markets means making design concessions and compromises. Many of the 'nerf' channels are USA based, and for example, they don't realise Dartzone products aren't even marketed in most countries for those same reasons. A few small independent shops doing mail order, and no big retail chains where you can buy them off the shelf. Yet they chant "Dartzone can do it, why can't Nerf?" Well, most nerf customers don't live in the USA. End of rant. 😂 👍

    I really like it! Both the Sprinter and Infinite are very cool blasters design wise, though the new dart type will make them a little impractical to run at my local Nerf events until the N1 dart becomes a little more widely adopted.
    On a side note, I just keep giggling over how kinda NSFW the flywheel cage and barrel look on the Sprinter. That was a very... ahem, turgid design choice XD

      I still use full for parties too, and since I supply all the blasters I enjoyed my N1 loadout! Teens are still looking for rival but I tell them the speed is almost the same and they are cool with that. So many less blasters to lug. Again, very specific scenario.

It's both scary and relieving that the kids can keep up thanks to the new standard changes throughout the years. I may consider picking this up as a loaner blaster for my 2nd grader nephew for our indoor stock wars wars so he can keep up.

    Thanks for the video, you’ve saved me some money. I’ll go find a Rayven instead.
    Too many batteries, not much in the way of customisation, we need more rails, stock attachments and barrel lugs Hasbro!
    Honestly there’s probably more money to be made by Hasbro if they focused on making new old stock or by having a service where we can send off old blasters to be refurbished.
    The trigger release on this blaster is nice, the design of it is nice too but lack of tactics is a deal breaker. You could probably swap out the barrel for a Stryfe one but chances are it won’t be wide enough for these new darts.

    Great colours and design. Should have made it full auto or select fire. A lot of people will like the shell enough to covert it to shoot short darts. Personally not worth it to me. • @another3997
      @another3997 5 месяцев назад

      Maybe it's because, as both he and Lord Drac have mentioned in their videos, Hasbro have actually been explaining to these people why certain design choices were made. People complain about things they think should be done and weren't, without actually knowing any of the practical and legal complexities involved in creating product suitable for GLOBAL markets. Just because some markets allows certain things, doesn't mean they all do. That's not "kissing butt", it's real world, factual information. Apparently people just don't like the reality, so they choose to ignore it and make stuff up. 😂

    • @maritimefoam
      @maritimefoam  5 месяцев назад

      I can only speak for me! I won't lie, I was pumped to visit Hasbro. That was a super big thrill for me, and sure, it definitely put me in a positive mindset when I was talking about what was coming. I LOVE this stuff, and I was getting to play with new toys before they were out, with Luke from OutofDarts.com and BlasterHub, and RyFi and FFA and Drac! Lol, that was awesome. On the other side of things, I think even before the Hasbro visit, I am probably still a bigger fan of regular kid-focused Nerf blasters more than some other RUclipsrs, probably just because of playing much more party/community level games.
      But, I was also really pleased to see an increase in FPS, I loved hearing some of the reasons behind choices (as @another3997 mentioned as well), that was a real eye opener. And I think some of the changes to do with the proprietary dart are not surprising to me and probably won't bother a chunk of the market.
      AND, I think it is cool that they are sticking with the pro line, which, I can't imagine will be anywhere near as lucrative as other branches of Nerf.
      And I guess lastly, I have as the videos have gone on, always shared that the N1 dart isn't really that accurate compared to a Waffle-head dart.(Though I feel like some exaggerated their negative results maybe a little - or maybe not, maybe they got a bad batch or I got a good one.) And I will be doing a video on the Torrent and my first experience, where I went in really excited, and had a lot of jams. For 29 US, it still has some positives though.
      Long comment! I hope that gives some perspective? Thanks again for watching and commenting, I recognize your name from many a comment and I appreciate the heck out of it!
