I have a goldfish as a pet, David, after David Bowie, because he wrote 'Heroes' in which he sings "like dolphins can swim", and boy, can David swim, and not only because he has to. When we take a bath together so I can wash his hair and do his nails, I keep my head under water and when he swims in my wide open mouth, I could swallow him but he knows I won't and not only because I'm a veggie. commander hasn't done that. he playfully nipped some staff members, he caused no injury. because he's a big dog and not everyone is comfortable, he caused some distress and therefore was removed. he was probably just over stimulated by the constant in and out of so many people. he overall always seems very well trained and he's fine with people, children and other animals.
a picture of him "biting" his walker has circled and you can see he's not actually biting down. dogs don't have hands, they play with their mouths and you'd think a white house dog walker would understand how dogs act and be able to control them.. maybe what was actually needed was a new hire.
