Chicken Terrine Recipe for Dogs | 강아지 닭가슴살 테린 만들기, 강아지 화식 레시피 | Dog Meals Recipes

I made a delicious meal for my dog, ho-tteok. Here is a chicken terrine made with chicken breast and vegetables.
* Ingredients (16x8cm loaf pan) :
- 500g chicken breast
- 80g sweet pumpkin
- 40g carrot
- 40g broccoli
- 1tbsp sweet pumpkin powder
* How to make :
- Put 500g of chicken breast in vinegar and sterilize for 20 minutes.
- Cut 80g of pumpkin, 40g of carrot, and 40g of broccoli into small pieces.
- Remove chicken breasts from vinegar water and wash them clean under running water.
- Remove the moisture of chicken breast with a kitchen towel and cut it into small pieces.
- Put chicken breasts in the food processor and grind finely.
- Mix the vegetable ingredients with chicken breast.
- Place two-thirds of the chicken breast mixture in a loaf pan.
- Mix 1 tablespoon of sweet pumpkin powder in the remaining chicken breast mixture and put it in the loaf pan.
- Pour water into a baking pan and place the loaf pan on top of it covering with cooking foil and cook in a 140 degree oven for 50 minutes.
- Remove the loaf pan from the oven, cool it in the freezer for 1 hour, and cut it into bite-size pieces.

매일 똑같은 사료만 먹는 호떡이를 위해 맛있는 식사대용 한끼를 만들어 보았어요. 닭가슴살과 각종 야채를 섞어 만든 닭가슴살 테린 레시피를 소개합니다.
* 재료 (16x8cm 식빵틀 1개 분량) :
- 닭가슴살 500g
- 단호박 80g
- 당근 40g
- 브로콜리 40g
- 단호박파우더 1큰술
* 만드는 방법 :
- 식초물에 닭가슴살 500g을 넣고 20분간 살균해줍니다
- 단호박 80g, 당근 40g, 브로콜리 40g을 작게 잘라줍니다
- 식초물에 넣어두었던 닭가슴살을 건져내어 흐르는 물에 깨끗이 씻어줍니다
- 키친타월로 닭가슴살의 물기를 제거하고, 푸드프로세서에 잘 갈릴 수 있게 썰어줍니다
- 푸드프로세서에 닭가슴살을 넣고 곱게 갈아줍니다
- 준비해둔 야채재료와 닭가슴살을 섞어줍니다
- 닭가슴살 반죽의 2/3 정도를 식빵틀에 꾹꾹 눌러 담아줍니다
- 나머지 닭가슴살 반죽 1/3에 단호박파우더 1큰술을 넣고 섞은 뒤 식빵틀에 마저 담아줍니다
- 물을 담은 베이킹팬에 식빵틀을 올리고, 쿠킹호일을 덮어 140도 오븐에서 50분간 익혀줍니다
- 오븐에서 꺼낸 식빵틀은 냉동실에서 1시간동안 식혀준 뒤 먹기 좋은 크기로 썰어줍니다
