I had stopped eating meat for over a month and went completely vegan, then my grandma passed and I’ve been eating all the comfort food 😂 so don’t feel bad. We can always start over, that’s why it’s called a journey ❤

Hey Miya… It’s so good to see you in a positive headspace. You’re literally glowing n so beautiful ❤ Laya is growing up to be such a lil lady. Just remember weight loss is a journey love, so, take your time with it, and remember to love and enjoy whatever season you’re in. Just like you I’ve lost weight, I’ve gained it, recently, I tried to do no sugar n for the most part it’s working but I could be doing better. I’ve also been committed to working out 3/4 days a week… but literally thats all I got tho. I’m seeing some changes but not a lot and my goal was to be 25lbs down by my bday in Aug and that isn’t going to happen lol but I’m going to keep going! Just keep pushing Miya, you got this! I’m working on clothing my body with the clothes that fits me and my shape n getting a personal style, it’s helped me not worry about weight so much. Healthy is the goal not one size or another, or certain weight just healthy. Also, I’ve had ppl die in my family from cancer as well. I started getting my mammogram at age 40, which was a yr ago, I’m literally committed to getting my mammogram every yr rather I want to or not bc it’s better to be informed. They might not do a mammogram yearly bc your still very young n your breast are going to change, however, by the time your 40 they’ll do a mammogram yearly and you can always check your own breast after your period monthly. I check my breast monthly after my period between my yearly mammogram.

Girl you look absolutely amazing. But I definitely understand. Last year I got up to a size that k never thought I could see but I got sick in October and lost 30/35 lbs in a few months. Not going to lie your girl was looking good. But I still look good with them back boobs as I call them sitting back there. I don’t care how much I weigh my face card never declines. As your supporters can see your face card doesn’t either. But I always love the vlogs.
