    Hello Angelina, loved your video .I am from India and you reminded me of my time while I was in Malaysia and I often used to visit this place called Brickfields . It was my first time I was away from India in a foreign country and well the cost of living is at par with India especially when it comes to food and rent. Transport system in Malaysia is excellent. Now I do have RUclips channel too by name SK infinity 17

    Obviously, food goes through modifications in different areas. Different cooks, ingredients and influences. Look at even the difference in Mexican food in Mexico and in areas with a vast Mexican diaspora, close to Mexico. You don’t get quite the same in L.A. Dallas, El Paso as in Guadalajara!

    • @ayngelina
      @ayngelina  Год назад +1

      Absolutely and you have to adapt to local tastes, Indian food as it stands would be too spicy for Malaysians. Even in Indonesia Alan's province is considered one of the spiciest but in India he found it almost too spicy at times - although interestingly at times he had a harder time than me. But I think it's because you can get accustomed to certain peppers but find others hard to take. In India I was ok, and in Mexico I am used to the heat, but in Indonesia the peppers are different so it can be unbearable if I have too much.

      @@ayngelina very well said. Here’s something for you. I find if I mix two peppers together, I get a more intense heat than either on their own.

    Hello from a fellow Nova Scotian.
    I notice you sound a bit nasally, hope you're feeling ok! I am enjoying your videos so much. Thank you for sharing all of this. If ever I have the opportunity to travel out of Canada, I now have so many places to choose from thanks to you!!
    Take care, be safe and have a blast!
