  • If you want to cook a hog look at the cto-dw or double wide. For general use I always recommend the regular cto for use under a hood, small capacity needs or portability. It’s extremely easy to clean and very efficient. Add the competition switch ( it’s just a burner switch ) if you want the option to use it in bbq competitions. The blower controls the charcoal fire just like when you use gas. We keep them in stock most days.

    But what about a backyard Ole Hickory for cooking just one brisket or just a couple of racks of ribs? Is the CTO too big?

      It is. But the cost is so close to the smaller ones it just makes sense to stick with the cto
