I got one, but having problems,s with figuring our the MIDI controller thingy. Now I play thru my IPad but the BT transmission is hit and miss. Getting very frustrated
@@ekaufman4800 I've been using the Emeo for a week and I'm also experiencing some difficulties with the BT but it usually works after few tries. It seems to me that whenever possible, it's best to just use the cable.
Looking at ordering one of these, but wondering how customer service would be with it as I notice several questions and absolutely no response from EMEO.... Unfortunate.
I noticed Chris could play the EMEO without blowing into it. Is it breath controlled and how sensitive are the sounds to velocity/vibrato expressions carried by breath? Don't see a regular mouthpiece???
The critical flaw with the Emeo is that the battery is not replaceable. The battery lasts apparently 3-5 years then you have to ship it all the way back to Israel to be serviced.
Thank you for your comment. To clarify, the expected battery lifetime is approximately 5-7 years, and although you can send it to us for replacement, the battery in our product can be replaced either at one of our laboratories worldwide or at any qualified electric laboratory. I hope this information helps!
it actually look like a real saxophone, the sounds are just phenomenal and of course Chris Potter is the best
You are a smart dude ! To get the best sax player of today for that. I would give him at least one or 2 as a gift .
What did you connect the Emeo to get those sounds?
I got mine recently, yay.
Where can I get it?

Does it have a mouthpiece bite function to control the pitch?
Steely Dan's last two albums: Two Against Nature (2000). Everything Must Go (2003).
Chris Potter is ALL OVER that.
What a great piece of technology! Can you do pitch bends and vibrato on this?

+10 points for getting Chris Potter for this video! -10 points for not answering a single question of potencial buyers!

Can you connect to an amp via 1/4” instrument cable?
Is this better than the YDS-120?
it's like comparing a motorcycle to a bicycle
