hey! i have so many post inflammatory hyperpigmentation on my cheeks from spots too! they can take a while to go away but they arent permanent and here are some tips!!
-spf all the time! sun makes it worse
-exfoliate and use vitamin c/e oils on them at night
-also use products that repair your skin barrier
Hi ami i have had acne and rosacea and I really feel like u could possibly be doing to much to your skin. I would lay off Chemical exfoliants so all Paula’s choice and the ordinary I would also take out Pacifica serums. Start by just washing your face with cerave twice a day as well as moisturizer twice a day and sunscreen in the morning! Then after a month you still have breakouts maybe add in some benzyl peroxide to kill any acne bacteria because that is what benzyl peroxide does! Hope this helps I understand acne can be very annoying and frustrating! Love ur videos ❤

Hey! For my spot scars I use bio oil and it works so well. It takes a few weeks to start to see them fade but it was worth the wait :)

Hey if that's the ordinary glycolic acid toner, careful with how you use it as it's very strong! On the website, it says to use it in the PM and use sunscreen while using this product and for a week afterwards.

hey ami, love watching ur videos . I probs not right but the reason my skin was breaking out was from my gua sha(idk how to spell it😭). i think the reason why it broke me out was from build up of bacteria. hope this helps x

You should use the same product for a couple of months instead of using different products every week. Even if you think it has made no difference to your skin it will eventually work.

Hey Ami, you should wipe off the black soot around the top of the candle, I lit one candle that was like that & woke up with black soot under my nose, it’s dangerous & harmful for your lungs x
