  • It was an absolute pleasure to rip around the trail system at Croom Atv park in Florida with Gary from Quadnation 929 and Tyrese from 700r.Raptor.Life! Both great guys and make great content go check their channels out and show them some love! I look forward to meeting other channels from Florida in the spring and multiple others from the Midwest! 2021 is going to be HUGE! So get ready!

    Those Monster Exhausts definitely scream! It was fun to see Gary and Tyrese tearin it up! Water is always a good idea for all the talking and riding we do, you definitely got blasted a few times haha great vid man!

    I think you should get some Tusk nerf bars and make super pegs like I did on my KFX. These look like mad fun trails; I like that little track!

    When you are the last one and you have a Raptor 700 with a monster exhaust in front of you, your ears take a beating 😂
    Imagine riding there every weekend..We would be in epic shape!!

    Hope ya at least changed the engine oil before your "maiden voyage". Good luck w/her 👍. Rebuild it. Freshen it up thoroughly! Lube that chassis.

    A lot of people I noticed like the alba/ tusk for nerf bars.For me I don't like alba too much bc it looks cheap and isn't gonna last. Personally I like full nerf bars like pro armor thats on my ltz 400/raptor 700. Now pro armor I like bc for the money they hold up, even if you rolled on a hill you'll still be able to bend them back. Honestly its just preference.

    Its funny becuase i grow up in florida and croom is the first place i road and thought the woops were not that bad an all atv parks were like that

    That 450 sounds like it's running lean. Especially when you stop to look back at the guys. The rpm don't drop down like they should

      croom has around 2,600 acres to ride and explore with 5 main trails and everything in betweem with the 30acre sandpit in the beginning as you saw

    My 450er pipe gets real hot too can't even ride without pants on. I set it abit richer and the pipe temp was noticeably different, still can't ride 1h+ with shorts.

      They all get pretty warm. It's important to go to a dyno shop if you have one available and getting them jetted perfectly. Just results in a safe and healthy motor.

    lol So how do you keep from getting lost in a new, large place like that? I dont see any GPS. Do you usually ride with someone who knows the place?

      Yeah so we try to ride with people that know the place but if we don't know anybody ill usually study the map on Google maps and get landmarks and then when I ride I try to memorize the trails

    You need to wire your fan to run all the time when your quad is running. That helped my trx450er a lot.

      I plan to do that but I noticed it made it hard to start because it pulled extra juice. Have you had that problem?

      @@BrewerOffroad I had a 24volt system on my quad. But my buddy put a lithium battery on his and you couldn’t notice. But I recommend the 24volt the Honda’s always seem to start slower than the rest, so it helps it out a ton!

      @@BrewerOffroad I’ve always made my own. But levy racing makes a kit that the new battery mounts under the hood on the quad. It comes with the wires and everything!

    love the honda 450 kinda wish i never sold mine but the starter clutches kept killing in mine so i went back to my 400

      @@BrewerOffroad watching through the video. As of now i have 2 tips.
      1. Camel bak with a 1.5l pouch or bigger for long rides like so.
      2. Exhaust wrap to keep heat from pipe burning leg.

      Hero 8 black but a hero 7 black is great and cheaper! Hero 9 black is great too! Black is the higher quality go pro model so definitely get one of those!

      My vids have normally been no more than 20 minutes long but I wanted to test out a few longer videos and see what people think. The first long video was little Sahara and guys seemed to love it so I figured I'd try it again. I'll take a poll in the future and see what people think. Thanks for the feedback!

      @@BrewerOffroad I think 15-20 minute videos are good. If you have longer content you could split then into seperate videos like tv episodes.
