    Bsa1 cleaves one away from its restriction sites for top strand and five away from the bottom strand. it still gives 4 overhangs but the graphic at 0:49 are slightly inaccurate

      It is not palindromic you fool that would mean it is read same forward as read backward...is GAATTC the same as CTTAAG? NO! Get GUD son! TATAT is an example of a PALINDROME FOOL! Reversed it is still TATAT
