Your total income would be around 15500-16000 CAD
And your incomes would be from 5 sources are
Amit ji n Shilpa jii salaries would be around 14000-14500 CAD, after tax deduction 10000 CAD (maybe)
Your rental income 5000CAD
And from RUclips n extra mortgage agent income 1000 CAD
So, total income would be 15500-16000 CAD (after tax deduction)
Just analysing dear please don't mind 🙏
I'm calculating because i live in Dubai and wanted to know how much we spend and save here

First and foremost, A Very Very Happy and Prosperous New Year to you, Amitji and Amy. I hope the new year brings good health, lots of wealth, peace and harmony in your lives.
1) Video was fantastic. $1000.00 grocery bill sun ke mere hosh ud gaye. Shilpaji aapne aur Amitji ne saare expenses to bataa diye, sivaay ek ke. I am sure you must have thought about it and there must be a good reason why you didn't mention it. I am talking about Pension, RRSP, TFSA and RESP contributions. Although strictly speaking these 4 contributions are savings but retirement ke liye ya education ke liye paise haath se jaa rahe hain to I always considered it as an expense. I hope aapko aur Amitji ko aapke respective employers ki taraf se RRSP match ya Pension match milta hoga. If yes, then it makes good sense to contribute to RRSP or DBPP (Defined Benefit Pension Plan) or DBCP (Defined Benefit Contribution Plan) kyonki employer ki taraf se free ke paise jo mil rahe hain. Same goes with Amy's RESP. I hope you are religiously contributing towards Amy's RESP kyonki wahaan bhi Government ki taraf se match milta hai (match matlab free ke paise). Mera begininng se ye usool rahaa hai ki ghar aati Laxmiji ko kabhi "Nahin" nahin bolna chahiye. Agar aapke employers free ke paise de rahe hain (for example RRSP or Pension match or Share Plan match), to please please enroll in these programs (if not already). Jitna zyada contribute karoge, utna zyada badaa refund milega, which then could be invested in your respective TFSAs).
I don't want to start on how to invest and where to invest because then it's very difficult to stop me....😂lekin aajkal everything is on sale. WealthSimple Trade mein account open karo (because there's no commission) and invest (buy shares) regularly Markets itne down hain ki you should ideally be shopping for stocks of good Canadian companies instead of at Winners (that's of course, my humble opinion. Please don't mind. Varna main kaun hota hoon bolne waala) but you will thank me one day when in the near future the Bulls trounce the Bears.
2) Rahi aapke foreign travel ki baat....well, ek se ek behtareen options aapke saamne honge once you acquire the Canadian passport. 185 countries (except India 😪) aap visit kar sakte hain without a visa. Across the pond waali countries (Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Norway, Sweden, UK to hai hi)....lekin please consider Japan. Main abhi is waqt Tokyo mein baitha hoon. This is my eighth visit to Japan. I can never have enough of this country. You visit this amazing country and its incredibly humble people once and you will fall in love with them forever. Agar aap Japan jaa rahe ho to please contact Yours Truly because I am now an authority on this country. 😂Vaise Singapore and Australia/New Zealand are also very beautiful countries.
Canadian passport aate hi India ka OCI lena mat bhoolna. Once you get it, baar baar Indian Consulate ke chakkar nahin lagaane padenge VISIT VISA ke liye.

snow cleaning is definitely a big task..but I would still prefer a home over condo as I enjoy my backyard

Hey Shilpa and Hi Amitji....btw, Vlog was nice, crisp, to the point, however just one point, about mortgage , i.e. it's never considered an expense because it's investment on property and the same will reap you profit in future ( already one is giving you in the form of rent) ..hence the $ 7,000 ( mortgage per month) can't be included in monthly expenses of $13,500. ...😃...jus saying...Also Video editing and you & Amit ji were coming alternately in the vlogg, it was done nicely 👍👌👌

Property insurance?
Curious to know How do you pay Property insurance monthly/ repeatedly.
I believe it's a one time investment and usually it happens during property Closing by ur title company at the time of purchase.
We pay property insurance twice or thrice an year for full 12 months… it’s calculated on per month basis..

I’m celebrating new year eve in my living room 😂 we are doing appetizers and pizza party and lots of snacks , watching countdown on Netflix or early New Year’s Eve party a with ball drop RUclips , I have a teen aged kid and a 9 year old so I’ll make it fun for them by doing 10 balloons on wall and they pop with new years countdown at midnight . Not going anywhere because it’s raining all day .
London sounds great for a trip as family for you three next year❤ my suggestion is an experience to royal Caribbean international (anthem of the seas) I really want to go there with my family some day 🫶🏽

CCB gets decreased with increasing family income.. we have made video on CCB benefit., u send application for this to CRA…u can find info on cic wensite
