Это означает, что в следующем месяце будет два года как я изучаю английский)) просто автор вставляет дословный перевод, а дословно часто звучит неверно с точки зрения русского языка) У него не очень удачные примеры. They will have been talking for over an hour by the time she arrives. - К тому времени, как она придет, они будут разговаривать уже больше часа. 2. Все примеры звучат абсолютно реалистично и сразу понятно в каких случаях можно использовать это время.

Потому что это Future Perfect, в этом времени не используется has. Конструкция will have+3-я форма глагола.

Я тоже не понял почему так составляется предложение "к следующему месяцу в течении какого то времени праведьней было бы* со следующего месяца*"

Эти предложения можно составить вместе с предлогами, которых нету в английском, тут просто их убрали чтобы нас не путать

Имеется в виду, что через год будет уже десять лет, как «я преподаю английский». Да, по-русски звучит странно, но если немного мозгами раскинуть, то смысл будет понятен
