Thank you for featuring the CH650! I keep X-plane 12 on my PC specifically for it. Love to see others who appreciate this amazing aircraft as much as I do. I came here to say that I really enjoy your content a great deal. Some commenters are critical for missed steps or being a bit lax here or there with procedure, but I couldn't care less about that minor stuff. And obviously, many others agree with me given the popularity of your channel. Your content is fun, informative and entertaining with solid production values and great delivery. Your passion for flight simulation comes through loud and clear. Thank you for the time and effort you put in to creating quality content. Greatly appreciated!
Hot Start Challenger 650 is a simulator inside a simulator ! This aircraft is really extraordinary ! I am very happy to fly with it The only negative fact is i forget all other aircrafts ! It's a fantastic aircraft, the only one like that. THE BEST !
@@fsx-legend4602 Toto coded the CL650 in 3 years. he will use lots of his code for the A220 he did in the chally and the avionic is almost the same, it's just a newer version with a bit more features. maybe in 2026
Watching this one after the stream but safe to say the CL650 is definitely one of my favorite aircraft to fly (until it broke for me), and I haven't had a great time with X-Aviation support recently :(, which is a shame due to the price.
Excellent and very informative video I agree the 650 is outstanding and put it in a special category-not just study level which it is, but my term would be Engineering Sim. Hotstart 659 and Tmb 900 gives you schematics and real time sims of the turbines and electric and hydraulic systems. The only other company that does that or will do that is Black Square with their Turbine Duke coming out, and A2A Simulations. These 3 companies go beyond “study level” to tech / engineering level which I guess is a niche crowd right now but I think is growing. I hope PMDG is going to put “tech level” in their sim but I think not. I know Flightfactor already has real time turbine and systems schematics for their 777. Hopefully PMDG will follow suit
It is used as part of preflight test to make sure the battery is operational. The green light will illuminate without battery being on and this will indicate the battery is good to go.
There is no Navigraph integration, but it doesn't matter. The avionics pull the Charts from FAA servers and other databases. Works without any login or subscription.
Imagine being a passenger on this guy's flights. Good lord, flight director on and completely unset throughout the departure, pitch varying from 3 degrees to 25 degrees up, I'm throwing up just watching it
@@Murphy7750 Actually there are literally dozens of simmers on RUclips who don't fly these expensive realism-focused airplanes like they're braindead. Have some standards.
You should spent some with this aircraft to learn its basic operation. Once you do, you can skip checklists and quickly get it to take off ready state.
To be honest I can't pull myself to invest that kind of money into one plane for X-Plane 12. Personally I still love version 11 because I have A LOT of planes for 11 and about 75% don't work in 12? SUCKS. And some of the default planes in 12 are still pretty screwed up like the A330. I haven't done much on my channel because I'm been testing the crap out of 11 and 12 comparing and sometime this month I'm going to get back in making content but my review of 12 might not sit pretty with a lot of people. Just saying!
We need more Challengers in Flight Sim - glad this set the bar!
I’m speechless, didn’t even think this was Xplane at the start. What an addon
Indeed, it is looking good 👍
@@Q8Pilot does it have real world map like msfs20?

Wow, impressive aircraft, now added to my wish list for Christmas 😃 Thank you!
I bought it and I am amazed and speechless on how in depth this airplane is... Kudos to the developers... they deserve every $ I paid.
Aloha from Honolulu Q8 ! Thank you for your lovely, informative videos. We learn so many things from you ! Mahalo !(Hawaiian thank you !)
Thank you for your kind words and support 🙏
I'm very excited for their A220!
same as many of us. A true study level airliner will, be insane :)
@@CMBelite-FR Yeah but it surely won't be released until 2028 when XPlane 13 releases

Best plane on any simulator. Period.
Absolutely!

The plane is just perfect for study level!!

ADG is not a battery test. ADG is air driven generator which is used if the aircraft loses electrical power in flight

You should try their share cockpit mode! Absolutely amazing!
Yes it is. I will try to do that with one of the fine folks in the community.
