I'm still trying to make out the handwriting, and will ask for guidance fmba few others to see if they can make out certain things (I have a smaller tv, and an older cell, so the picture quality isn't the best)... But it's my new project!!

Our pleasure. You can use it on pasta, as a base for other dishes. As a pizza sauce or lasagna . Over a chicken cutlet and top with mozzarella. It is sooo good.

Not in this sauce. There is another recipe. And as an Italian when the meet is browned and the base then it become a gravy.
