Thanks! It was a grind setting of 17 with DLC burrs, calibrated to just chirp at 0.

@@jackowens_ unfortunately no. I ordered it from Espresso Outlet and it’s been over 2 months. I’m trying to be patient but I see a couple other companies have in in stock.

@@mannyr8795 I’m very satisfied with the GS/3. No regrets.

If you had to choose between the línea mini and the gs3 for home for someone that makes usually two back to back lattes in morning and afternoon, 3 back to back lattes tops, which wouls you pick?
The flow control is cool but not sure how useful it is taste wise in milk based drinks if not drinking straight esoresso

@@mannyr8795 the GS/3 is a little bit nerdy and I’d say for people who want to experiment and really enjoy the process of making espresso. I think the Mini may be the better option here for your situation in pulling a couple milk drinks every morning without any hassle or having to think too much (not that the GS/3 can’t be consistent, it can but you have to do it, however, you could just move the paddle all the way and it would run like a Mini) … but, before the Mini, I’d probably just get a Micra for home.
Don’t forget your grinder- important! The machine isn’t the most important in the taste.
