- Aerospace Department of IIT Bombay is very good and is interdisciplinary in nature. Students from different branches of Engineering like Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, ECE, Instrumentation etc. can join the four specialisations under this department namely : Propulsion, Dynamics, Structure and Controls. The Placements after Masters is in Companies like Boeing and Airbus. In this Video, Anupam explains everything about department in detail.

Bhaiya if you don't mind i would like to take a help from as you are now a part of iit bombay aerospace department which was my dream at some moment but the same thing happened with me as with you i.e i even not appeared for iit enterence exam with full dedication as at that time i thought that it would be not necessary that only iits offered aerospace but now it costs me so hard that i am currently pursuing my B.Sc from Allahabad and now i just wants from you to find a information regarding wether it is possible to get into iit bombay aerospace department after msc in mathematics and if it is as i hope it would so then what are the possible ways i.e enterence exams etc are required for it .
I know bhaiya your schedule are extremely busy that's why just whenever you get some time of your works which is of course very little for you then please do this for me.

How much GATe marks is required for Mtech RA in aerospace for mech candidates?? I want propulsion. I have 57 marks in gate me, can I apply with it???
not getting thrust equation of jet engine ,ME student can directly enter in Aerospace( propulsion, dynamics and control, structures ,aerodynamics) M. Tech. , waahh ji ,literally majak bana diya hai education system ko , we are having very big hole in our education system. i am sure our upcoming will see and face all these problems as we are facing. if all these are incorrect then requesting to admin just a video over Kaveri Engine (turbofan , marine ) , Ghatak engine what is happening with those engine and mark it (how many ME and AE scientist is working with this Project)because you know if these project will complete , then where we can stand in front of Germany, Russia , china , USA. but whatever you are doing it is really appreciable and you are inspiring a lot including me. thank you

1. Which country has more quality of education under graduation in Aerospace Engineering (BTech)

2. How is the employment acceptance rate and job opportunities for Aerospace engineers for both the countries
3. Due to the lack of jobs for Aerospace engineers in Canada, would recomend to choose Mechanical engineering

@@Apareek095 hello sir, I'm from civil engineering b.tech, please tell me the scope of aerodynamics and aero structures.
I am from IIT Delhi, doing mtech in atmospheric sciences, did btech in aeronautical engineering.This is also interdisciplinary branch. I want all to inform you that join IIT mtech only if you have work experience. Never join IIT without any experience. Because though you have a brand "IIT" but freshers aren't recruited directly. Placements for mtech is not best, you have to struggle hard. So choose wisely

I have work exp. Of 1 year but it's related to automobile service and management. I want to join some data analytics company so should I do some online course and Internship before joining masters program?
Yes u do some courses on analytics, otherwise you have to struggle hard. Plus main thing I want to highlight, most of the companies don't shortlist interdisciplinary students . So it's not sure shot that you will get placement in interdisciplinary branch
if a person doing mtech (without experience) learns coding, matlab etc, then he will get placed or not?

Sanket, if you are choosing interdisciplinary branch, you have to make sure that you are best at software or analytics skills. Because you have to compete with whole college, all branches, btech , mtech all. So lots of competition is internally. You have to work so hard for placement if you are from interdisciplinary branch

Can you tell us about the year gap and do they consider the B.tech CGPA for the placement? As I have multiple year gap as I was preparing for SSC and didn't get selected.
How many years?
@@947abhi 4 years, I qualified Patent Examiner and SSC CHSL exams also. I think I have given 10-11 examination in this past 4 years and 1 year lost due to COVID.

Although they consider gap between 10th to graduation and max 2 years gap is allowed in that way.but again, it largely depends on company to company
However, if you have skills and talent, no.one will.stop.you from Marching ahead. Do what you like the most.

Best aerospace department and research is in IISC banglore , none of the IITs can match IISC's research work in aerospace field ...so pls don't over glorify IIT Bombay aerospace department.
