R.A.C.E. Cards, Racial Awareness Conversations for Everyone, are designed to foster open and honest communication about race. Developed by clinical psychologist Dr. Crawford based on her Crawford Bias Reduction Theory and Training (CBRT), R.A.C.E. Cards offer a structured approach in three tiers.
