@@FTCFootball It is. And after one week only 2 teams look better than sub-par. Those being The KC Chiefs and The Buffalo Bills, a team that literally, factually replicated the Chiefs playbook, offensive schemes and team build. You're welcome for the very best that the NFL has to offer.
We got rid of Mathieu for a few reasons. First, we found a better, cheaper, smarter player and teacher to fill his position in Justin Reed. And secondly, because aside from one playoff run in 4 years Mathieu was not good at the position and in fact caused a lot of our problems on defense with bad adjustments.
You can't actually be serious, can you? This must be due to either a personal bias or most likely, you're taking your position as an overall and not what this team does. Especially with all the talk about "Defensive players new to the NFL or played 1 year or less"... We're not the rest of the NFL, we're the standard. The reason our defense takes so long to gel was because veteran players failing to establish new schemes properly. Yes, we've got a lot of young players. We also have the absolute best coaching staff in the NFL, bar none. We teach and build no name, late draft pick players more than ANY in the league. Before sending them off to teams of their choosing to be paid top dollar for the quality they built here. A few recent notable mentions would be C. Ward to SF, M. Peters to the LA Rams, T. Hill to Miami (who never played WR until learning under Reid.) No other team comes *anywhere* close to producing the amount of star players that we do, rather than drafting them for the skills they already possess. Hell, our back up QB is now better than 80% of the starters in this league. Not to mention the players that do stay like Kelce, Bolton, Fenton, Nnadi, Humphrey, Sneed - I could go on - or Mahomes (who although being drafted in the 1st, was already set to be a bust.) All of these players are among the very best at their positions and all of them were overlooked by other teams in the draft. You see the theme here right? The players we aquire from other teams are almost always the same ones responsible for our problems on either side. Justin Reed was with the Texans but Luckily he came in wanting to be a clean slate and learn new within Spags system because he understood all of this and the complexity of Spags defense. A defense which requires that players learn and buy in. We draft smart players, not the most physically talented. And that wins the critical moments on the field every single time. Like last season, when the #1 Cowboys offense came to KC and then left without ever seeing the endzone. . . I can't comment on all of the questionable takes in this video but I do know, for a fact, after years of consistency, that you will be proven wrong before mid-season. When this young defense has already proven themselves against the very best and when this team has already beat a few favorites like the bucs at home, that we will be sitting no less than 6-2. The toughest game on our schedule is this Thursday. If we win that one than 6-2 is no longer an option. Our confidence is warranted. You'll see. I'll check back around then. Best of luck to you and your team!
I have zero bias, I'm simply creating a place for a conversation to take place. I disagree that the Chiefs have the best coaching staff, that's bold. They've had tremendous success, but not the best. Thanks for watching the video.
Hill was the cause of considerable disfunction once defenses figured out how to play against a team that could not run the ball and had no defense. That seems to be fixed. I strongly disagree the Chiefs will fail. Without injuries this team can beat anyone. That said Buffalo looked very good so can they.
@@FTCFootball one loss, big deal, hardly a fail in 2022 🙄. How many teams have gone from beginning to Super Bowl undefeated? Doesn’t make all other teams failures.

Great video! where do you get all this amazing footage?
Thanks dude. I grab the footage off the teams RUclips page, compress it and chop it up with the story.
This aged well

No Hill, no problem ;)
Yup! I agree, "what's the use having Chiefs Offense putting winning game points on the board so that the Defense can screw it all up😣"
