I have the XTM drawer which I got as present over 12 months ago. The key snapped in the barrel recently and NO locksmith can get the barrel. Both BCF and Supercheap are both lacking in any support to even ask the distributor for any spares. So if your considering getting this product then consider an alternative brand as XTM has NO support for product failures.
Oh wow, that's disappointing to hear. I hope they eventually work it out for you. In my use I don't use the lock so haven't had any challenges like that. So far for me and my usage I have found them great. Cheers
Yes I would. There are definitely better units out there but for what I paid for these I’m more than happy. The top “carpet” is a little annoying to clean. They don’t fully open so you need to be careful with what’s in the back of the drawer. But again for the price I’m happy.
Hey mate, not driving around. At Fraser I didn’t notice anything, it’s behind one of the kids and they didn’t have any issues sleeping. I haven’t got it out on corrugations yet with borders etc, that’ll be the real test.
