I have turned two large squares in my back garden lawn into meadow and planted lots of seeds and plugs of different plants. I cut it all back at the end of the Autumn but I have a bad problem with moss taking over. Obviously I can't use any kind of moss killer. I am at present using a lawn rake to get the moss out without damaging the growing wild flowers. Any tips on how to control moss during the growing season?
I got 3.5 acres in Devon and would love to do this. Currently we just cut it with a ride on and previously it was used for hay. Is it just a case of cutting it in August and leaving the clippings? Im not sure on the management of a wild meadow.
Inspiring video, informative and lively commentary.

Don't the plug plants get crowded out from all the perennial weed/grass that is growing?
