Mom guilt is so real, i went back to work after 12 weeks and had the biggest guilt for few weeks but with time it gets better. We need to understand that we have other life except being a mom too. Slowly you will start feeling better about it. You have to tell yourself that baby is in good hands. Please dont feel bad for working or taking time out to take care of yoursel. Its very verh important. Having help is great, i had my mil help me watch my baby. Now i work from home so next time will be different. You are a great mom and doing amazing job ❤
